Adding and Managing Flash Files

Inserting Flash Files

  1. Go to the slide into which you want to insert the file.
  2. Select Adobe Presenter>Flash>Insert SWF>Insert SWF file.


    3. Inserting SWF Files

  3. Navigate to and click on the SWF file you want to insert on the slide.


    4. Navigating SWF Files

  4. Click Open, and the file will open on the slide.
  5. Follow steps 1 – 4 until all SWF files are inserted.

Managing Flash Files

  1. Once all flash files are inserted, go to Adobe Presenter>Flash>Insert SWF>Manage SWF file.

  2. In the Manage Flash (SWF) Window, select one of the Flash files in the list.


    3. Control Using Presentation Action Playbar Check Box

  3. Then, select the Control using presentation action playbar check box.
  4. Click OK after all the flash files are set up.
